Jack Parsons was a weird guy.  He had an equal passion for rocketry & occult magic, which he felt were not mutually exclusive.  His life was wild, his exploits are legendary...but his legacy is complicated.  Despite his achievements in the field of rocket science & key roles in creating innovative companies that still exist today, like Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), he has been pretty much erased from the history books.  Perhaps it had something to do with his heavy involvement in the Aleister Crowley created religion of Thelema & his beyond excessive habits.  Grace Bigler & I discuss his life & try to understand where a man with such talent & progressive ideas went horribly astray.
